When you fill out a form or book a call, we collect what you enter:

• Your company and role, if you share them.
• The project address, project type, and the services you need.
• Anything you write in the message field.
• The time you choose when you book a call.

When you visit the site, we also collect information automatically: the pages you view, the page that referred you, your browser and device type, and your IP address. Cookies make this possible (see below).

• To answer your inquiry and follow up about your project.
• To schedule and hold the calls you book.
• To deliver the drafting and permit coordination services you hire us for.
• To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We use a few service providers to run the site and our business. They handle data for us, under their own privacy terms:

• HubSpot, for our forms, meeting scheduling, contact records, and site analytics.
• Render, which hosts this website.

We share information with a city, county, or other agency only when it is part of the permit work you ask us to do. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

The site sets cookies through HubSpot to count visits, remember returning visitors, and connect a form submission to the pages viewed before it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as we need it to serve you, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. Ask us and we will delete information we no longer need.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on your situation, California law may give you further rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
