CAPITOL CITYPERMIT ADVISORS

Services

Drafting and permit coordination.

Drafting and permit coordination from one team, from the first sketch to the issued permit. New homes, manufactured homes, ADUs, additions, and multi-unit development.

01

Permit coordination

We gather the jurisdiction's requirements, prepare the forms and supporting documents, and move the submittal through review, with status visible in the client portal through issuance.

Most residential permits pass through several reviewers. Planning, Building and Safety, Fire, Public Works, and sometimes Environmental Health each sign off. We coordinate across all of them, so one stalled review does not hold the whole project.

That includes coordinating with soils engineers and other consultants, and handling the permits around the building permit: encroachment permits, land use and minor use permits, and planning and design review applications.

New homes

A new site-built home has the most reviewers. We prepare the construction document set, assemble the full application, and coordinate Planning, Building and Safety, Fire, and Public Works through issuance.

Fire rebuilds

Coordination for a home being rebuilt after a fire, including a document set when drawings are required. Each jurisdiction sets its own rebuild rules. We confirm them at intake.

02

Drafting & permit-ready plans

Residential sets prepared for submission — homes, ADUs, additions, pools, site plans, and related drawings. Licensed professionals stamp when required.

Construction document sets

Feasibility & site analysis

An early site and jurisdiction check to frame next steps, before a full drawing set or a full submittal. Useful when the path is still unclear.

HCD 433A / foundation permits

Foundation and installation permits associated with manufactured homes, coordinated with the rest of the submittal when the project requires them.
